Registration

Registration is required for all Congress participants. Please note that number of participants is limited to 200. The historic old theatre is not very big! The principle rule is: First registered, first served.

The recommended option to register is through the on-line registration form

Residents* / Students* must submit a letter from their department head or another official document verifying their status, together with the registration form and full payment. Registration will not be processed until official notification is received.

The Registration Fee for participants and students includes:

• Participation to the scientific sessions and workshop
• Certificate of attendance
• Congress folders, badge, Final Programme and Book of Abstracts
• Coffee breaks
• Get-together Party
• Cultural Evening and bus transfers of Excursions to Portorose and Postojna

The Registration Fee for accompanying persons includes:

• Get-together Party on Wednesday, September 14, 2011
• Cultural Evening and bus transfers of Excursions to Portorose and Postojna

Please note: Farewell Dinner is not included in the Registration Fee. See the social programme for the details.

Payment

Payment in Euro (€) without any charges to the beneficiary should be made:

• By credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) or
• By bank transfer (Technical organizer will send you a proforma invoice. Please fill in the billing address form in the on-line registration form).

Important

• Payment should clearly state the participant's name(s).
• All payments should have the notification "17th CNM".
• For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names.
• Payment or proof of payment should accompany the Registration Form.
• VAT (20%) is included in the Registration Fee.

Confirmation of registration

Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing on receipt of your Registration Form and payment or proof of payment.

Registrations and payments submitted to the Congress Secretariat after August 15, 2011 may not be confirmed in writing. Consequently, please bring the copy of the Registration Form as well as the proof of payment of your Registration Fee with you when you travel to Ljubljana.

Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations of Congress registration must be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat.

Cancellations received:

• Before/on July 20, 2011: payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 50 €.
• No refund will be given after this date.
• Refunds will be paid after the Congress. For refunds, please state your full bank account details in the written cancellation.
