17^th Congress of
Child Neurologists of Mediterranean

Welcome Message

It is my great pleasure to invite you to participate at the already 17^th International Congress of Child Neurologists of Mediterranean, to take place from September 14-17, 2011 in an old town Piran in Slovene Istria.

The aim of the congress is to provide participants with up-to-date diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in the field of "Evidence based medicine" and also to cover the traditional and everyday approaches used when the services provided in advanced countries are not available.

Dogma is a dictatorship of ideology; especially in treatment approaches. It should be omitted. But wrong ideas are worse than ignorance, too!

The Scientific Program will include Plenary Sessions, Free Paper Sessions, Point/Counter Point Debates, Instructional Course Lectures, and Videos.

The Poster session will include Scientific, Demonstration and Student Posters.

We will also feature the Pre-congress workshops and maybe popular “Breakfast with the Experts” sessions each morning.

As well as benefitting from the scientific sessions we hope you will enjoy the attractions of Slovenia and take home pleasant and useful memories of the time spent with colleagues, old and new friends.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Slovenia , which is also a part of the cradle of civilization on crossroad of three continents with full of historical places but also full of touristic attractions. Just come and join us in September.
